Cold Water

sometimes it takes a while to get in.

This boat house was found by my dad around their cottage. obviously no one uses it anymore, but it sure looks cool.

Uncle Earl

This is my uncle whom i was named after. his first name is john which is my middle name, but he goes by earl. he is a wonderful man who i love dearly. this is him going through some photos in his backyard at a family bbq.

when i was home last my grandfather gave me an original of one of his water colour paintings. jodi and i got is matted and framed. i got it back today and put it up in my kitchen.
so here it is.

these pictures were not taken by me but by my lady.(that one's for you dad) but i thought i would post them anyway. i have been taking a lot of pictures lately with my 35mm and portrait camera and my scanner isn't here yet so i am patiently waiting. when i get it there will be a bombardment of pictures.
on a side note. jeff and i find out about the edmonton film festival by this friday - so here's hoping.

hey folks. so it's been a pretty long month here in the lives of nathan and jodi. but i am back. and i have a scanner on the way which is pretty exciting. so i will be posting a lot more when i get the scanner in the mail. but for now here is my lovely sister taking a jump into the lake.
